- Choose one Native American tribe from the Northeast and one from the Southwest.
- Create a slide show (PowerPoint or Share) and describe how the land influenced their way of life. Your slide show must include the following:
- Title slide - must have a title, your name, class and date
- Land or where the tribe lives (habitat)
- House - What was each tribe's house called? How did their land influence the type of house they lived in?
- Food - What did each tribe eat? How did their land influence the types of foods they ate?
- Clothing - What did each tribe wear? How did their land influence the types of clothing they wore?
- Festivals, Art or Weapons - What were each tribe's customs or art or weapons like? How do you think their location influenced their customs, art or weapons?
- Extra credit: A slide with a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting the tribes you chose
- Bibliography - Where did you find the information? You can copy and paste the Website address (URL) to the slide. You MUST include at least four URLs.
